The price of Reloadify is calculated according to profiles. One email address is always one profile. We do not charge for the emails you send and you do not pay double amounts if an email address is both a customer and a newsletter profile.
To calculate the price, check how many customers and how many newsletter subscribers you have in your webshop. All unique email addresses added together are the number of profiles on which we calculate our price.
A profile consists of one email address. At Reloadify, an email address is a unique ID. We therefore do not use lists that may contain duplicate email addresses. Reloadify uses a tagging system. Tagging is a powerful solution that is simple to understand and offers many options for both the advanced and basic user.
Do you sell via Amazon or Bol.com and do you want to disable these contacts? Or do you have a segment of customers that you don’t want to email? In Reloadify you can easily disable specific contacts so that they are not included in your email messages. You will of course not be billed for these inactive profiles.
