Reloadify develops and supplies CRM (customer relationship management) software to webshops. We help more than 500 webshops worldwide to communicate effectively with their customers. Reloadify supplies the software, but also the practical support needed to start successfully and to get more return from the existing customer base.
When a Reloadify customer enters into an agreement with us, we process the following data from his or her customer base of the webshop
We use this data to enable our customers to communicate personally at scale. For example, for sending personal e-mails that are relevant to you. We use your information to inform you about products related to previous purchases you made at a webshop.
Reloadify does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary.
Reloadify is the processing party of a connected webshop and synchronizes data from our customers on a constant basis. As a result, it is not possible to change or delete data directly with us, as these are retrieved from the webshop a few minutes later.
If you want to change or delete data, we recommend that you contact the relevant webshop. Adjustments made in the webshop are immediately processed and taken over by Reloadify.
Deleting your personal data also works in this way. If the webshop in question removes your personal data, it will be processed immediately by Reloadify.
Reloadify has strict organizational and technical rules regarding the security of your personal data.
Both our website and software have an SSL certificate that guarantees visitors that data is sent via HTTPS. Data is therefore sent encrypted and secured. For example, SSL is also used for processing online payments (iDeal and credit cards)
Our software is tested monthly for vulnerabilities, and the data is also stored in our databases via encryption.
